The Orientation Events are designed to help all first-semester students get off to a smooth start to their studies at WHZ. To this end, the WHZ faculties have developed a programme in cooperation with subject groups, student councils and representatives of all interdisciplinary study programmes. Take the opportunity to participate in the programmes and gather important information for your studies.
The Orientation Events will take place from 21.09.2026 to 25.09.2026.

Your studies at the Westsächsischen Hochschule Zwickau (University of Applied Sciences) will begin soon.
As University Computing Center (German: Zentrum für Kommunikationstechnik und Informationsverarbeitung, ZKI), we would like to welcome you and provide you with some important information about using our IT services such as E-Mail, VPN, Wi-Fi, Computerpools, etc. during an introductory event.
